At My Ladies in Style, we want you to love every piece from our collection as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items that are:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (from our Swim collection) unless the item arrives defective or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Dover boutique using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the original item. Shipping charges for exchanges will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
