Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping (EMS)
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia.

International Shipping

For international orders (excluding some Asian remote areas):

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
  • All shipments include tracking information

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Details

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (from our Swim collection) unless the item arrives defective or not as described.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Dover boutique using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the original item
  • Shipping charges for exchanges will apply unless the exchange is due to our error
  • Please allow additional processing time for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
